MyForeverQR

Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use MyForeverQR or download a QR code generated by the site.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the text, URL, contact information, credentials, and other data encoded in a QR code. Do not use the service to facilitate fraud, impersonation, malware, unlawful tracking, or access to content you do not have the right to distribute.

Test Before Publishing

Static QR codes cannot be edited after they are printed. Test the exported file with multiple devices and at the intended print size before ordering signs, packaging, labels, or other materials. We do not guarantee that every scanner, camera, printer, or third-party application will interpret every payload identically.

Service Availability

The generator is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Static codes that contain their final payload do not require this website to remain online after they have been generated.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyForeverQR and its operator are not liable for printing costs, lost business, incorrect destinations, exposed credentials, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a generated code.
